The IDEAL Conference is April 3-4, 2019 at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, CA 91604.

Sportsmen’s Lodge is located at 12825 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604.

Parking is available onsite and it is free. Please enter from Coldwater Canyon for direct access to the venue.

The IDEAL Conference is not offering any type of discount or block of rooms. There are multiple hotels near and around Studio City, including the Sportsmen’s Lodge. Please arrange your own accommodations.

Day One check in begins at 12:00pm. We recommend that you arrive no later than 12:45pm.

Day Two check in and breakfast begin at 7:00am. We recommend that you arrive no later than 7:45am.

We recommend business casual, comfortable shoes and a light jacket.

We encourage persons requiring ADA assistance to participate in this conference. Please contact info@idealconference.com no later than March 1, 2019 to request specific accommodations.

Registration fees are non-refundable but they are transferrable until February 15th, 2019.

A full conference schedule will be available on the website in early February. All registered attendees will receive an email to select their preferred sessions no later than March 1st, 2019.

There are two conference price options:

For $195, Day One is an exclusive day to connect with experts in a small group setting. There will be 6 rounds of 45 minutes and limited to 10 participants each round, dinner and cocktails.  This day is very exclusive and only open to 60 attendees.

For $395, Day Two is an action packed day from opening panel to evening cocktails. Attendees will choose workshops from six comprehensive tracks and hear from Shiza Shahid, Co-Founder of The Malala Fund and Founder of Now Ventures, breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and water throughout the day, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Some session materials may be available after the conference but sessions will not be recorded.
