Saeed is the founder of The 360 Impact, a consulting firm dedicated to developing leaders, coaching teams, and transforming culture. His expertise is shaped by over three decades of executive leadership, management, coaching, facilitation and training experience on various sides of the table: for-profit and non-profit, public and private. He has built and run his own enterprises, served on nonprofit boards, consulted to leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and startups as well as philanthropists and foundations. He has worked locally, nationally and internationally in small, medium and large sized organizations.

Zack Schuler is an entrepreneur who has been in the technology space for over 20 years. Zack started his first business (Cal Net Technology Group) when he was 21 years old, as a one-man network engineer going from business to business, assisting them with their technology. Over the next 18 years Zack grew Cal Net to almost 100 employees producing close to $20M in annual revenue. Knowing that there was more in store for Zack, he sold Cal Net in October of 2013 to a Private Equity Firm.

Krischa has 22+ years of experience managing and leading non-profit programs. Her expertise on non-traditional parenting and leadership development, has led to keynote presentations, a number of podcast guest spots, and she recently completed a TedX talk on Treating Our Children Better. Krischa works with other professionals to publish a college textbook for the California Junior Colleges on Diversity & Inclusion for all Early Care and Education students and sits on the Board of Directors for a charter school in the San Fernando Valley.
